Please use the form below to send a friend or loved one a membership in Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release. Please follow these instructions:

  • Choose your holiday membership from 3 levels of support listed below.
  • Fill out the order form below. You may submit this page more than once for multiple gifts. Be sure to choose a membership level for each form. Total the amount(s).

Gift Membership - Level 1 - $45.00 Gift
A Level 1 Gift Membership will arrive at the recipient’s home in a beautiful wildlife card. Inside the card will be a certificate for a one year membership in Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release which includes a membership card and quarterly newsletter. The card will also contain a special Wildlife Bookmark, available exclusively through Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release.
Gift Membership - Level 2 - $50.00 - $499.00 GiftGift
A Level 2 Gift Membership will arrive at the recipient’s home in a beautiful wildlife card. Inside the card will be a certificate for a one year membership in Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release which includes a membership card and quarterly newsletter. The card will also contain a special Wildlife Bookmark, available exclusively through Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release, plus a set of wildlife notecards.
Gift Membership - Level 3 - $500 and up GiftGiftGift

A Level 3 Gift Membership will arrive at the recipient’s home in a beautiful wildlife card. Inside the card will be a certificate for a one year membership in Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release which includes a membership card and quarterly newsletter. The card will also contain a special Wildlife Bookmark, available exclusively through Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release, plus a set of 4 wildlife notecards.

A Special Level 3 Treat is a certificate for a one hour educational program, complete with one of our Educational Ambassadors, to be presented in 2009 at a local nonprofit group meeting or local school classroom of the recipient’s choice.

NOTE: A holiday membership at the level designated will be sent to the following person at the address listed above. The membership will be sent out upon receipt of your check. To guarantee delivery by December 24th, checks should arrive by December 13th. Orders received after December 13th will be filled, but due to heavy mail volume delivery by December 24th cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your order.
